These Billing & Payment Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Cody Rims Express. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the payment, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and refund terms below.

Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

This includes the cost of tires, wheels, rims, accessories, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees shown at checkout.
6. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

Contact your bank or payment provider

Cody Rims Express is not responsible for delays caused by declined payments or incorrect billing information.
7. Taxes

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Starting an unauthorized chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions or order cancellation.
11. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns, cancellations, or approved order issues will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after they are issued, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cody Rims Express cannot control bank processing times after a refund has been submitted.
12. Partial Refunds

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
