Welcome to Cody Rims Express. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled after purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotional sales, or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

2. Products We Ship

Cody Rims Express ships automotive products including:

  • Wheels
  • Rims
  • Tire and wheel packages
  • Wheel accessories
  • Related automotive products

Some products may ship separately depending on warehouse location, product size, availability, or carrier requirements.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may depend on your location, product type, carrier service area, and order size. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or shipping arrangements.

4. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times usually range from 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery time may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect delivery information, remote delivery locations, supplier delays, or warehouse delays.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly offered at checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination, order weight, size, and carrier rates.

If free shipping is offered, it applies only to eligible products and eligible delivery locations. Oversized items, remote locations, special freight shipments, or bulk orders may require additional shipping fees.

Any shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Tire and Wheel Delivery

Tires and wheels are large products and may be shipped using standard parcel carriers or freight services, depending on the order size.

For large wheel, tire, or package orders, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address when the shipment arrives.

7. Shipping to Installers

Customers may choose to ship tires or wheels directly to a local installer, garage, or tire shop.

Before using an installer’s address, please contact the shop first to confirm that they accept tire or wheel deliveries on your behalf.

Cody Rims Express is not responsible if an installer refuses delivery, loses the package, charges storage fees, or rejects the shipment.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check:

  • Full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • Email address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or lost. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be re-routed or re-shipped.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking number shows no movement for several days, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.

10. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of:

  • The damaged packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • Any visible carrier damage

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.

Do not install, mount, or use damaged tires or wheels before contacting us. Installed or used products may not qualify for a shipping damage claim.

11. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check around your delivery area, with neighbors, with building management, with the local carrier office, and any garage, porch, side door, or mailroom.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can help open a carrier investigation.

Cody Rims Express is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will assist you in the claim process where possible.

12. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. This can happen when products are shipped from different warehouses or when tires and wheels are packed separately.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your tracking details. The remaining items may still be in transit.

13. Delayed Shipments

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but delays can happen due to carrier issues, supplier availability, weather, or high order volume.

If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to assist, but Cody Rims Express is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

14. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from Cody Rims Express, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fees, where applicable

Please contact us before refusing any shipment.

15. International Shipping

At this time, Cody Rims Express primarily serves customers within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and delivery times may apply. International buyers would be responsible for any customs charges required by their country.
