Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cody Rims Express. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged product claims are handled for tires, wheels, rims, and related automotive products purchased from our website.

By placing an order with Cody Rims Express, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only on eligible products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be unmounted
  • The item must not have been installed on a vehicle
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must include original packaging where applicable
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Tires or wheels that have been mounted, driven on, damaged, altered, or installed cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Mounted tires
  • Installed wheels or rims
  • Used tires or wheels
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Special-order items
  • Custom wheel packages
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Products missing original packaging or labels
  • Items returned without approval

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact Cody Rims Express with your order details.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Delivery date

Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know whether the return is approved and provide return instructions if applicable.

Do not send products back without return approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Cody Rims Express.

Return shipping fees may apply for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Product no longer needed
  • Incorrect vehicle information provided
  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

Restocking fees help cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and warehouse processing costs.

The restocking fee may vary depending on the product type, order size, and return condition.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it usually takes 5–10 business days after the refund has been issued.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned with missing packaging
  • The product has minor condition issues
  • Accessories or documents are missing
  • The item requires repackaging
  • The return is received after the approved return window

Cody Rims Express reserves the right to reduce the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

Do not install, mount, or use a damaged product.

Installed or used products may not qualify for a damage claim.

9. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

We may request photos of:

  • The product received
  • Product label
  • Tire size or wheel size
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

If the error is confirmed, we will assist with replacement, exchange, or refund options.

10. Wrong Size Ordered

Customers are responsible for confirming tire size, wheel size, bolt pattern, offset, fitment, and vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

If you order the wrong size, the product may be eligible for return only if it is unused, unmounted, undamaged, and returned within the allowed return period.

Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

11. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products.

If you need a different size, model, or product, please contact us first. The original item must meet all return eligibility requirements before an exchange can be approved.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process after delivery.

13. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Any additional handling charges

Please contact Cody Rims Express before refusing any shipment.

14. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

  • Your front door
  • Garage area
  • Side entrance
  • Mailroom
  • Building office
  • Neighbors
  • Local carrier office

If the package still cannot be found, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Cody Rims Express is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist where possible.

15. Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage depends on the brand, product type, usage, installation, and manufacturer policy.

Warranty claims may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product photos
  • Vehicle information
  • Installation details
  • Manufacturer inspection

Manufacturer warranties do not usually cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, road hazards, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
